In the Season there is much work to be done. Banks and paths have to be repaired and at times fishery management projects, such as fish stocking, have to be completed. Dates of working parties are made available to members available from the Secretary, and now here on our web site. Members are encouraged to participate in this worthwhile and important area of fishery management.

Timings: 0800/0830hrs to 1230hrs approx
Meet at the entrance to the members end. Please bring old clothes & gloves. Tools supplied by club.

We will process your membership on the night, so please do come along as this helps reduce our Membership Secretaries time in processing memberships.
Please bring along a completed membership form, your current membership card, a passport photograph and either cheque or cash for relevant amount of fee.
- Rubbish build up on Jack's Lake
Members are reminded that under the club rules it is deemed an offence to dispose of rubbish on the bankside at Jacks Lake. Under the terms of our lease we are responsible to keep the bankside free of rubbish. If the lake continues to accumulate rubbish (and attract the increasing rat population) we may lose the lease on Jacks Lake Please take all your rubbish home with when leaving the fishery - Forty Hall
We wish to advise the members that as we are unable to find anyone to bailiff the we have been forced to give up the water. Therefore from 1st January 2011 we are unable to fish EAC Woodland Lake at Forty Hall lake - Latest Match results now online

If you are aged 16 or under you can enter the competition FREE OF CHARGE. Just contact the event organiser in advance with your details and then turn up on the day at 9am. Fishing will start at 10am and finish at 2pm. Click here for details - HAPS Gallery now online

When i visit family in Stanmore, this is the lake i come to. Excellent all-round fishing with some nice specimen fish too. My personal best here is a 12lb Mirror. Michael Daley - Pleasure Angler
