2/5/05: HAPS Through to Southern semi-final of VDE/Angling Times Supercup

Yesterday, Hadley APS match team won the second round match convincingly at the Cow Roast section of the Grand Union Canal, winning four out of six sections. Although not many roach showed, plenty of skimmers were caught and everyone had a good day's fishing. Final scores were Hadley APS: 15 pts, Collier Row AC 11 pts, Ashmole Rodders 10pts. James Young (HAPS) won the match individually with 13-7-0. Well done to all our team:Tony Bayford, Richard McCorry, Terry Smith, Dave Whitman, Paul Whitman and James Young.
