With a dire overnight frost, the lake frozen again, the boat and breakers were deployed to break the ice to assist the desperate few who were determined to fish. An hour later the swim were cleared and the fishing commenced.
Micheal Collins ran out winner with two skimmer and a roach for 1-8-0 caught early on. 2nd was Alan Tunney with two skimmers and a roach for 14oz. Third after scrounging bait was Andy Gosland with a single roach for 1/4oz.
The Jack Lake league was won by Alan Tunney on 219 points, 2nd was Neville Smith who failed to catch in the last two matches on182 points and third was Andy Gosland on 171 points
