Date: 1st June 2008 Venue - Jacks Lake 17 Fished

The lake produced very well today with many bream and carp caught. Neville Smith was outright winner with 52-2-0 on peg 20 with 20-4-0 of bream & 21-14-0 of carp caught on 6mm pellet and feeding 4mm pellet. Runner up was Russ Huckle who weighed in 40-10-0 one carp for 5lb and 35-10-0 of bream in method feeder using meat & corn. Third was Barry Allen with 22-6-0 2 carp & bream. 4th was Alan Tunney with 21-15-0 one carp and bream on pellet.
Peter Roll lost 7 carp from peg 32 but still managed 20-1-0 of carp.
The golden peg was Ian Blumson who has had the golden peg three matches in a row & Chris Stanton was on the silver peg.
The Golden peg is £300 and the silver peg has increased to £119
