After a tight finish HAPS were runners up to Ashmole Rodders who had home advantage on Magic Lake in Waltham Abbey  As a consolation HAPS has 3 in the top 4. 

Top rod was Paul Whitman  (small lake)  who had roach, brown gold fish & tench for 27-5-0  Second was Alan Tunney (Big Lake) with 4 carp and 4 bream for 22-5-0.  Fourth was James Young (small Lake)
